Fantastic
The quality of the caviar, the rapid delivery of overnight service which arrived with cold ice packs, as if it was just taken out of the refrigerator. The price was in line with other offers, but the quality and Customer Service was above all else.

Fantastic experience with Caviar - absolutely delicious. The process was seamless from start to finish. Unfortunately, there was a delay with the original delivery, but the replacement process was incredibly easy and handled quickly. Most impressive was the excellent, proactive customer service—they stayed ahead of the issue and made sure everything was resolved. Really appreciated the level of care and follow-through.
