This ring is decent quality but did not fit. I ordered the same size that my engagement ring is, but it feels like it’s half a size too small. I followed the process to initiate an exchange, the email reply was never sent. I called their customer service and they said if an immediate return email was not received then they didn’t get my exchange request. I followed the same process again and still did not get the email response. I’m irritated at this process and have decided to go with another company for my wedding band. It appears the bridal bands aren’t true to size and the company is not helpful regarding exchanges.
