My order was delivered on time but sadly our neighborhood mail box was broken into and everyone's mail was stolen. I was confused at first and assumed the package was delivered incorrectly. Come to find out that wasn't the case. I contacted customer service to reorder and they sent another package, free of charge, without hesitation. I wasn't expecting that and I sure hope it never happens again but what a relief it was, after dealing with such an unfortunate situation. I am so appreciative and grateful 🙏🏼 Also, the product is the best in the business! I've been waxing for over a decade and WAXBARE will take me into the next decade for sure!
