D Mannose & Cranberry 1000mg per serving

I chose this rating because I ordered two and only one came. The order was quick enough and in good shape. The invoice even stated that there were two items in the package. The company made good after I let them know about the discrepancy but what if I hadn't? Overall good but not excellent.
