They sent me the wrong item and I’m yet to receive a replacement or refund. It’s been 12 days and I’ve checked in with them multiple times. Each time they say that the replacement is on its way, a few days go past, then they claim that I’m not communicating and that’s why a replacement wasn’t sent. Super disorganized and the customer service is terrible. I cannt deal with businesses who play mind games.
