I made jeans that fit!

I made jeans for the first time using the Closet Core Ginger Jeans pattern. I made a wearable muslin in a size 14 view B (high rise skinny leg) and the only adjustments that I made were to take out 2" at the knees (lengthen/shorten line), another 1.5" at the hem (I'm only 5'1"), and I sewed the inner leg seam from the crotch to the knee at 3/8" instead of 5/8". The pattern is fabulous and the instructions are very well written. The whole process went smoothly. I can't wait to make another pair of Ginger Jeans!
