I’m very impressed with Fuel Thycells. When I received my order of three sea moss items, they have arrived warm. No error on part of Fuel Thycells, but a combination of the mail delivery and current heatwave. I called Fuel Thycells to report what had occurred and spoke to the owner. She was very understanding and was committed in rectifying my issue. She quickly sent me a replacement order, along with recommended products.
