So impressed with this company; they sent an extra clock mechanism as well as extra pair of clock hands. Actually the hour hand on the clock wasn't staying in place so wasn't sure how to fix it. I jiggled a little, pushed a little and somehow it started working. Problem resolved. Also thank you for the lovely bookmark!
