HP Lovecraft From Beyond - Classic Tee

I received the wrong item and emailed the company almost immediately with a photo of what I received, order number, etc. I was never contacted by Night Channels. Weeks later I received a survey about my order. I genuinely don’t know if they don’t check emails or don’t have people working a customer service department, but it’s been about a month and I’ve never heard a word from them after contacting them about the wrong order. I’ve only received promotional emails. Quite frustrated with the experience, honestly.

Wrong Item Delivered, Never Responded

I ordered a From Beyond t-shirt and received a plain black HP Lovecraft shirt. I immediately emailed Night Channels letting them know the wrong item was received, along with an order number and photo of the receipt. I never heard anything from the company about until now when I got this survey asking how I’m enjoying my purchase.
