Abstract Women Painting

I don't know how you could correct this problem but with the lighter color paint, the color number shows through even when I try to give it another coat. Maybe just put the numbers on the black and white "print out" although even that would need to be darker. The numbers are hard to read on that paper. Otherwise, I'm about 1/3 of the way through my first "painting" and I'm happy with the quality of the paint and canvas.
