My daughter got me this shirt for my birthday. I love the shirt. I couldn’t be happier. My daughter and I are going to watch the movie again and I’ll be wearing the shirt when we do.

Night Channels needs to focus more on support

I originally ordered a small shirt by accident. When reaching out to NightChannels for help on getting a shirt in the correct size I found it took too long for them to help me. The only way to communicate with them was via email or Facebook (that I could find). It took them 4 days to reply to my email, and took 2 days to get a reply on the Facebook message. I ended up using the email as the communication channel. It took a long time to get replies from the company some times up to 5 days. We finally figured out a way to get me the correct size, and NightChannels sent me the right size shirt. I will take full blame on the order mess up, I ordered the wrong size. However the time it took to get me the right size shirt was about 12 days to coordinate the new order, and then it took 22 days total for me to get the new shirt. It really was annoying to have to wait so long for email reply's. I recommend this company check email regularly to avoid these problems in the future.
