Very good service

I first enountered The Flora Lab in a garden centre in Essex earlier this year and went again last month to buy some candles for Christmas. They didn't appear anywhere in the shop so I came directly to the website to buy the largest sunshine-smelling candle I could find! Very prompt delivery from ordering with plenty of email communication and well packaged products. I received a sample wax melt (basil and tomato, i think?) with my candle order which was a nice touch, and reminds you that a thoughtful human has packaged your wares rather than a robot. Overall a very good experience - haven't lit the candle yet but I would definitely order from you again. :)
