I had some weird windows to fit. They called and emailed to make sure everything was tailored to what I needed, not additional cost

Measurements are not clear

I read that they needed the width of the sliding portion of the window. I sent them this precise measurement. Then it just popped out with minimal force. When I asked if they had a security feature to hold it in the window, they explained that it was secured within the frame of the window… wel that’s not the width of the sliding window, that’s the depth of the non-moving window frame. So I now have a door I can’t use. Their customer service is very kind and the quality is great, they just need to give clearer instructions with diagrams so this doesn’t happen again. The website has other confusing terms like 2-way and 4-way locks that are not commonly understood. Just more clarity in the terminology of the parts of the window and how it comes together would be great.
