Very happy cat!

Very pleased with the Cat Flap window unit. I struggled to install it in the window tracks, but called customer support and was given clear directions on how to remove the insulation to provide the needed clearance. Now that it is in place, my cat has quickly learned how to pass through the flap so he can get out to our screen porch whenever he wants. The only issue is convincing to come back in! I had considered building my own cat door, but very glad to have purchased this custom-built window insert with the magnetic base so it fully closes. Highly recommended!

Purrfect solution!

We were adopted by an adorable feral panther back in August. As winter approached, we got him an insulated cat house with electric pad. It was fine, but with the raccoons and other wildlife, we wanted to give him access to one of the rooms in the basement. We purchased the plexiglass catflap and a dual scan RFID door and it's great. He learned to go out quickly and then learned he can come back in. My only issue is insulation in a cold climate for double hung windows. We currently packed towels at the top and bottom. We will probably caulk instead. Here is our boy, Shadow, using his door.
