VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with the service platform!

Aqua sol turban cap for short hair is so small doesnt fit nicely! Team slow in reply coz i request to exchange the item and they got no basic courtesy to say sorry even though i give feedback on their service! Website have chatbox and direct whatsapp msg but no one reply or attend to enquiry! Dm them at IG still slow in reply and ask me to go thru via email! Give wrong postal code to do exchange item and no tracking number after i paid for courier service! Till now have not receive the exchange item! Overall the service is not professional and not prompt in reply customer enquiry!

For the quality, not worth the price

Disappointed with the quality. Should be priced not more than $20.

Cap came off during swimming

Pros - good customer service and fast local delivery. - cap comes in 2 sizes. Cons - stitching of the cap was rather awkward and it made my head looked like it had a "mountain". - front part of the cap was way too big, looking like donald duck's lips. - it came off during swimming!!! - expensive.
