Great product that works exactly as expected. The hose running through the pole can get snagged inside when collapsing but other than being a slight annoyance when it happens it does not effect the performance. Recommended product

Decent kit - brush could be better

Ordered this to clean our own windows, as we can't get a window cleaner where we live. Easy enough to use and plenty long enough, even for our quite tall 2 floor house. My only real criticism is that the brush seems very soft, and not hugely great at remving grime quickly.
