The shoe is a very nice shoe, however the shoe box was damaged, not because of ups, but because you sent me a pair of shoes that was obviously already tried on by someone. The shoes also have two scuff marks on the back and on the bottom, however because I no longer live in New York I decided to keep them and not send them back, but I am very disappointed. I bought a lot of shoes from you guys, Michelle Olivier/Alligator world, and this is the first time that something like this has happened.
