Another great skillet meal

This meal was so good . The family all loved it as well . I just love the quick convenience of these skillet meals . They are ready in no time and always delicious. I used the spicy Italian sausage , and I did put the mushrooms in as well. It did take a while for the noodles to soften up in this dish though , so I had to add a little water to keep it from over cooking or sticking while the noodles finished. But not really a big problem. Thank you for these easy no thought dinners !
