Thermal Electric Bike Battery Jacket

I purchased this product for a 21ah grizzly scooter. The description says nothing about it not being compatible with that model. After receiving it, I packed it for a trip and found out later it did not fit. I contacted customer service and they said that model does not fit my 21ah Bakcou and I needed the larger version. They proceeded to act like it was my fault that I ordered the wrong one and told me I could pay for shipping and exchange it. I ordered a product accurately from their website and now it’s my financial responsibility to return it for the correct one? Likely my first and last Bakcou product.

I like how the material is very strong, i have not tested in real cold yet, is hard to tell now if the heating element would help in a very cold winter. For now it looks good on my e-bike.
