Long ago my dermatologist convinced me of the importance of exfoliating. Over the years I've tried numerous products which were mostly disappointing. Last year I tried the Micro-Resurfacing polish and was delighted to find that it is effective without irritating the skin. It's not inexpensive, but a little bit goes a long way to remove dead skin cells and leave a smooth texture.
