Beautiful canvas!

I ordered this for my son and daughter-in-law’s 1st anniversary. I initially submitted a picture that I took from Facebook. Customer service emailed me right away to tell me that the picture wasn’t good quality and it would look grainy on the canvas; could I submit a better quality photo? I got a hold of my daughter-in-law and had her email me one from the photographer. Emailed that back to customer service and they sent my preview back almost immediately. I asked for more of the picture to show on the canvas and he made that happen, too. The only thing I’m worried about with the canvas is that the canvas itself isn’t tight on the frame, it’s a little loose. I love it tho…and everyone else I’ve showed it to loves it, too.
