Clear Upper Retainers Kit

If you’re in a pinch and need a retainer I suggest just going to the dentist! This took 2 months to get to me. After you send back the mold it can take up to 20 business days for them to ship the product back to you. Unfortunately mine took longer and they didn’t even communicate with me that it would! I had to reach out twice for updates. I will give them credit that this product feels like it’s good quality now that it’s in hand. If you are looking for some back up retainers this is a good option just keep in mind it’ll take a while and you might not get status updates.

They will tell you 10/15 business days then after that will tell you by the end of next week. Then another two weeks goes by then they will tell you by the end of the week. Then they still won’t ship. 8 weeks and who knows when it will even ship. Be prepared for it to take a while.

They’ve had my retainers over a Month. They promised 12-14 business days before it was shipped out. It’s been 20 days and now they won’t respond to emails. They promised it would be shipped out end of last week. That did not come true
