Great rebuilt item. I did have an issue with them calling and telling me they had sent an email. After read and responded to the email that was asking if it was the right figment I got another email a few days later saying that my order was pending cancelation do to not receiving my response. I found out later that they possibly have an issue with their email server that either does not allow pictures or restricts the size of the email. If the rep had just asked over the phone this could have been a smooth transaction. But like I said the part is working great
