Paradise Fibers Super Swift II

This is my first swift, so I was careful to follow all the assembly and video instructions from Paradise. I found the swift to be wobbly, and it does not turn smoothly. I carefully made sure to arrange the skein of yarn so that all the yarn was in the right order, no twist or tangles of any kind. I am using an Ashford Electric Ball Winder. At first, I turned the winder by hand to make sure all was going well, then I turned on the electricity at the lowest speed. At first it went well, and then it didn't. I found that the swift did not turn smoothly but rather it wobbles as it turns, which I find strange. It might be alright for someone winding a ball by hand, but I definitely would not recommend it for use with an electric ball winder. I also tried it as a skeiner, by hand, and that went well, but I still find that the movement is not smooth.
