Very useful

Love this cable machine
I have it in my man cave because it's so easy to mount on pretty much anything, I use it every other day, just ordered more weights because with certain exercises I started to do like 90 reps, I like lots of reps but 90 is a lot, so if I am around 60, that's the goal. I tell all my friends to get one, in fact my buddy just ordered one as well last week

Excellent Addition
I'm using the Ancore Pro for a lot of shoulder internal and external rotation exercises. I don't need to utilize a lot of weight and the 2.5lbs came in useful immediately when doing prehab drills.
