Coffee great, so why 3?

The coffee is good--not too strong or weak. However, they shipped me 5 boxes of the WRONG coffee, and their policy was for ME to find time to ship it back before I could have my order I paid for. Coffee Masters coffee is always good, & the people are always helpful. Too bad I'm now wondering if I should ever order again because of the company's policy. Sour, bitter coffee? Never. Sour, bitter taste about ordering again? Yes, I'm very sad to say.
