These are comfortable and are easy to remove and put on. I use one at night and one in the livingroom.

It has a very long cord so you don’t have to worry if you move a lot in your sleep or the plug in is far away. I found I had a tingling sensation to the wrist I put it in but other than that I do feel more relaxed when I have it on. No regrets on this purchase
