Excellent, smooth, strong flavor profile. This is now my 3rd order and the shipping has majorly improved since the first time I ordered - received within 2 days! Thank you for an excellent experience all around!

Coffee bag was shipped inside a paper bag with no protection and was damaged upon arrival. Sent an email about this on May 12 and then through their web chat a few days later, and didn't receive a reply until May 22nd. I was told I would receive a replacement- which I agreed to, but it's now June 2nd and I still haven't received a reply or replacement. I hate to write bad reviews and always try to give sellers more than enough time when something goes wrong, but this is unacceptable.
