No.07 Folding Scoring Knife

I didnt think I needed another knife, but then I saw this. Purchased for wood carving, but also carrying it on walks for foraging. Sharp and lightweight.

Wonderful knife, I wish it came with a beechwood handle

I really like this knife. It's my go to for opening boxes and cutting stone fruits, two things I do rather often. My only complaint is that the handle is oak, and I would prefer beech to match my other knives. I'd give it 5 Stars if I could get the handle made the same as my other opinel knives. The tip was a little dull at the point, but a minute with a diamond stone and leather strop made it razor sharp.
