It could be used both for dress pants as well as nice chinos. Unlike most of the brown belts promoted online, this belt is a real rich, dark brown, not a generic chocolate color. Adjusting for your size is very easy but be very careful as you measure and cut the length and punch your holes. Price point was fair given that 'real' leather crocodile belts tend to be expensive.
