Best roast ever

This was my second time purchasing this Prime cut roast and it was as perfect as the fist one. Tender and full of flavor, this roast did not disappoint. I had purchased a roast from a competitor, they claimed was a step higher than Prime, their “Reserve” and found it tough and full of silver. I will only purchase from Meat & Bone from now on.
