A "go to"
I don't eat beef, but I can say for 1000000% certain that this is an incredible cut, because our guests swarm it like locusts.
My husband cooks it over an open flame with garlic, rosemary, parsley, sea salt and cracked pepper and lets it rest before slicing. Simple. Apparently amazing.

beautiful meat! butcher did an excellent job prepping. the fat cap was exactly what I would have asked for in person.
