Item does not fit. Customer support is terrible.

This item does not fit the G26 series, although it is listed under G26 as an available item. After contacting, customer support in regards to the item not fitting they proceeded to ignore any further attempts at returning the item and it was not until I challenged, the transaction did the customer support department finally reached out in regards to getting a return started.
