Delicious Treats, Disappointing Customer Service

I first discovered Nettie's Bakery after trying their sandwich cookies at a family gathering. Since I'm from out of state, I immediately checked to see if they shipped—and they do! I've also tried their Summer Combo, and everything was delicious. My only complaint is the customer service. I've emailed the bakery twice and never received a response. Great products, but communication could definitely be improved.

Very fast delivery and it arrived in perfect condition despite the heat. I am enjoying the combination of brownies and cakes in the Summer Combo and will definitely order from Nettie’s Bakery again.
