Product is Good! Wheel issues quickly after purchase

Love my case, but have had issues with connecting with customer service about a wheel issue. Followed up 2x now and still no word. Went ahead and purchased a new wheel kit from them instead. Wish this wasn’t the case but rather have it fixed than feel as if I am haggling.

NANUK 955 Pro Photo Kit

I had gotten to the point where I couldn’t fit all of my photography gear into a regular bag and NANUK was the perfect solution! It is darn heavy, but I know it protects my gear AND can fit it all. I don’t have to worry about a thing anymore! :)
