The Gesture is an extremely well build chair, with a solid frame, firm cushioning, and excelelnt upholstery. The lumber support is very good, the seat height, depth, and back tension adjustments are firm and reliable, and the range of arm adjustments is exceptional. I recommend the headrest, which has a very good range of positions. Be aware that this is not a lounging chair; it is optimised for keeping you in a comfortable ergonomic position for productivity, so it encourages you to sit correctly rather than simply relaxing.

Super-comfortable. Able to adjust exactly how I want it and have not had to touch the adjustment since initial setup.
