No beef here..they were perfect!
We switched recently to Venerica from another online butcher and are extremely pleased with the quality, price and service from them to date. these cuts were tender and flavourful, good marbling. Looks like we're staying here for our orders.

Better than expected steaks.
My wife told me that she prefer 16 OZ AAA NEW YORK STRIPLOIN rather then the capless rib steak.
