It works great, and is enough so I don’t have to keep going out to one of the few grocery stores around here that carry gluten.

I use the vital wheat gluten for my personal oatmeat-whole wheat bread recipe that I make in my bread machine. I have used this product for several years and it has been consistently good. It keeps my bread from falling late in the baking cycle.
