Polensa Faux-Tile Stencil

I am so delighted with how my bathroom floor turned out. I was totally new to stenciling and DIY in general. The refresh it has given this room has been amazing and I'm really proud of it. The Dizzy Duck team were great in consulting with me over email on stencil size and gave me the confidence to measure the tiles (which weren't the standard sizes). The advice they give when the stencil arrived was to practice before taking to the floor and the 'less is more' really helped so that the paint didn't bleed under the stencil. I found the corners and around the toilet/sink challenging and because the pattern was quite small. I did a lot of the awkward areas by hand which required a lot of patience, and they are not perfect when you take a very close look. This all adds to their character and I had to conceed that they wouldnt be 100% perfect. In hindsight maybe a bigger patter would have been easier to do by hand but I don't think it would have worked in this room. Everyone who visits loves the floor and can’t believe it was painted, I’d definitely stencil again
