I have not yet tried these steaks, but I have every reason to believe they will be wonderful because everything that I have now tried from freeze dry wholesalers is. Those steaks are for a special time for a celebration in the future and it’s good knowing that I don’t need to stick them in the freezer to keep them. I don’t think they’ll last the 20 or 25 years but we’ll see.
