Impeccable craftsmanship!! All joints are seal welded!!! That will eliminate rust spots in the future. I’m throughly impressed with the steps. Being a welder by trade I really appreciate the quality that went into building these. Gabby in customer service was always very helpful and expedited everything ASAP. I respect a business that stands behind their product like BoatEFX does. I’m enjoying the steps, makes it so much easier getting in and out of the boat. The person I dealt with when I called her she was very helpful. I was very happy with that. The only thing I did not like nobody contacted me about the back order on the foot pads that I ordered a black and red ones I ended up going with the gray and red ones. They look good. That’s the only complaint I have I like the product.
