Hindu God Origami Combo Pack

missing items and no response for emails

we have texted the contact number as soon as we opened the order that the items are missing along with pictures we ordered 3 units of 3 pcs origami pack thinking that we would be receiving 9 pcs as we have 7 kids attending but we did receive only 4 items they texted me an email address and advised us to email them, its been more than 2 days and we haven't even received an acknowledgement, poor customer service.
