Awful smell

I’ve been a loyal GR fan for almost 15 years. I was so excited for my order of this shampoo (& paired conditioner). Unfortunately, the smell is terrible. It stinks up the bathroom and leaves an acrid odor on ny hair, all day long. We cannot use it, as it gives us headaches and I worry that others can smell it, too. Hair is soft and shiny, but odor is seemingly toxic. I’ve emailed customer service to alert them to what I truly hope is simply a bad batch, but didn’t get a reply. Since 2012, Griffin Remedy has been the only hair care brand I’ve used & had always highly recommended. I’m heartbroken and now seeking alternatives. I recommend avoiding this line (& possibly others?), especially if you care about scent at all. It’s nauseating.

Best shampoo I have tried in a while! Makes my hair look and feel youthful, clean and shiny. The texture of my hair is fantastic after using this shampoo and conditioner. I absolutely love it! And the ingredients are clean and simple and that’s why I ordered it in the first place.
