Rhino® II Tall Folding Step Stool White

Feels wobbly. Can’t return. Very disappointing.

I bought this for my partner to use in the kitchen, as they can’t reach the high cabinet shelves. Unfortunately, this stool feels wobbly and insecure to stand on. I figured it would have some kind of mechanism to “lock” into place, but it does not seem to. I thought perhaps I could return / exchange it for the shorter stool, as that wouldn’t feel as scary to use, but Kikkerland does not offer returns. I would have to ship it back at my own cost, which would cost something like $20 (for a $35 item) because it weighs 6lbs. So I will try to find a way to sell it on Craigslist or something. Very disappointing.
