Keychain Pattern Mini Back Scratcher

Too small to be an actual back scratcher, great idea for a keychain design, but it doesn't extend long enough to reach places. I have a torn roter cuff and recovering from neck surgery, can't reach places with that popsicle stick you call a back scratcher. Teyimg to figure howbto return and get a refund. Very disappointed,
