Great product!

I’ve noticed since taking this product that I have less inflammation. My knees have bakers cysts which seem to have gone down in size. My hip which was hurting seems to be much better! I love this product.

Not sure if it helped

I used this for almost 1 year ( maybe more). Feet haven’t gotten any worse but not sure they’re any better. I have arthritis in my knees and back and thought it would help that too but I haven’t noticed any change. Maybe it was such a gradual improvement that I didn’t notice? I decided to stop for a few months to see if Plantar Fasciitis gets worse . If it does, I’ll start taking it again.
