Phoenix WS1824MS Stainless Steel Microwave Wall Shelf

Damaged in transit

Ordered two equipment tables and the microwave shelf. All three were damaged upon opening the boxes. Each had bent panels . Not worth the effort to send back but unfortunate.

Great Shelf

The shelf looks great and is solidly constructed. What is best about this shelf is that it will hold a full-sized microwave. Many of the others I looked at were too narrow.

Initial bad experience that was resolved by good customer service.

The shelf we purchased was supposed to have from the brackets. The holes did not line up properly and we could not configure it as per the photo in the advertisement. We managed to resolve the issue by using a smaller bolt, and made the team aware of the issue. They provided a partial refund for our trouble.
