White film appears no matter how little I apply

I like the tightening that occurs with the use of this product, but after 3 or 4 friends & relatives ask “what is that under your eyes?”, it becomes necessary to remove it.

New formula

sad you changed your formula, I have to wash this one off after I use it. Hoping my medispa has some of the old formula left. The new formula DOES NOT work as well either.

Rapid puffy eye product.

My experience was pretty good. Not perfect but better than anything else I have tried. It’s important to let it completely dry before proceeding with the makeup process. I will purchase again. Thank you.
