We have been using in a restaurant for a few weeks now. Produces ice fast enough for what we need m. Only issue being the drain in the ice bin. Ice cubes always block the drain hole leaving 1-2 inches of water in the ice bin. They need to add a drain piece over the hole to prevent ice from blocking it while allowing water to drain properly.
