Welded

When it's first pressed on, it doesn't feel like it will stick, but using the rubber mallet makes it kind of "weld" itself onto the texture of the concrete, so the edges virtually disappear, leaving no place for it to start coming loose. It ends up looking like it's painted on. Only complaint is that the backing has no split or edge to start peeling it off, which makes removing it a little more difficult.
