Great quality but subpar customer service

Full transparency: The product is quality. I am a return customer because of the high quality and value. Unfortunately, after messaging with a representative and confirming the product I wanted was not on the website but was available I completed my transaction. The product arrived promptly, however it was not what requested. I emailed the company immediately and received an automated response. I have not received a reply regarding my request for a return/ reorder or a full refund. I have not received a response to my email in 2 weeks... still waiting.
